PHILOSOPHY
In order to do the job right, you need the right tool for the right job.  This philosophy also rings true at UGC.   We own a fleet of trucks and specialized trailers including demo dump trailers, hauling trailers and box utility trailers stocked with tools and misc. parts.  These assets allow us to control our schedule by not waiting on outside vendors to haul away debris, pick up any materials or equipment or to have the necessary parts and hand tools on site.  UGC has invested in specialty tools to enhance the quality of the work, minimize construct mess and enhance job safety for our clients and employees.

EMPLOYEES
As a full service general contractor, we have to have team members (employees) that have multiple disciplines in the construction field.  UGC strives to hire the most diversely qualified team members.  This allows us to maximize our productivity on the most diverse project, which in turn minimizes customer costs by having team members competently performing multiple disciplines.  This is obvious to the consumer if they were to hire a dedicated drywaller, or framer, or finish carpenter, or painter, etc. to perform their specific task.
